You have a unique body. No one else has your exact DNA, life experiences and traumas, diet, emotions, lifestyle, mindset etc. How your individual body responds to a specific practitioner and specific type of treatment is unique to you.

For example - there are different types of cuisine (Italian, Chinese, American, etc) and different people that cook each. Which one you think tastes the best is up to you.

The most important things are that you find a practitioner that is a good fit for you, and a treatment modality that makes sense to you. This will impact how treatment lands within your body, and the results that can be possible for you.
